LiPo batteries are powerful, but can also be dangerous if handled incorrectly. Many have seen a battery catch fire – a nightmare for any hobbyist. With the MODSTER BAT Safe XL, you no longer have to worry about that. This specially designed safety box allows you to safely charge and store your LiPo batteries .

Thanks to a flame-free outlet for charging cables, you can charge your batteries in the box without risk. In the event of a fire, the resulting pressure can safely escape through the top ventilation openings. At the same time, the smoke is filtered so that no harmful substances are released into the environment.

Inside the box, temperatures can rise to 800°C during a fire , but due to the special insulation, the surface of the floor and walls remains at a maximum of 80°C and escaping gases are limited to 150°C .
